The President of Metropolitan Theological Seminary is the chief executive and academic officer of the seminary and works in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

The Registrar is the official custodian of the seal, administrative documents and student records of the seminary. The Vice President/Registrar of MTS works in collaboration with the President and is the secondary executive officer of the seminary.

The Dean of Students is responsible for the planning and implementation of programs and projects that strategically engage current students and alumni in strengthening the programs of the Seminary. The Dean of Students, together with the President and Vice President/Registrar, is a member of the Board of Directors of MTS.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the administrative organization of Metropolitan Theological Seminary. The Board of Directors is composed of the President, Vice President and Dean of Students.
The Board of Directors provides input and makes suggestions relative to curricula and programs of study offered by the seminary. Members of the Board of Directors of MTS are appointed by the President. The President serves as chair of the Board of Directors.
